Maura Tierney, famous for starring in ER has found a new role on TV!

Maura will now star in a new show from famed producer Jerry Bruckheimer, a legal drama that will air on ABC. The show is named The Whole Truth, and premieres this fall.

Tierney had been sidelined by a battle with breast cancer, which forced her to drop out of the NBC show Parenthood, but now her health has improved enough that she’s able to get back in the game, and we are all delighted to see it. Very happy for her that she was able to overcome the health situation and get her life back. Lauren Graham seems perfect for that part on Parenthood too, so it all evens out.
