To start the new year, Kate Gosselin has gone for new hair in 2010!

Gosselin’s makeover, premiered to the world on the cover of the new People magazine, was put together by top stylist Ted Gibson and gives her a longer hairdo with a whole new vibe. Needless to say, going from short hair to long involved hair extensions, and Kate Gosselin and her hairstylist Gibson reportedly spent 15 hours putting her new hair in, with a procedure called “bonding.”

Gosselin says that old look represented the old Kate, and this new look will give her a fresh start at…whatever it is she does.
