Earlier this week Greg Cassel, Matt Cassel’s father died with the causes unknown to us. Matt Cassel is leaving the team this week to attend to family matters in California. Matt’s father was a hollywood script writer in California. The Patriots will be on the west coast this week and the next when they play the Oakland Raiders. It is uncertain whether Cassel will be plaing in this week’s game against the Seattle Seahawks. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Cassel family.
