Donovan McNabb vs Mark Sanchez

With the players gearing up for yet another game of the NFL, the argument about the best quarterback resurfaces once again. A lot of fans are busy weighing the pros and cons of seasoned QBs with the question of Donovan Mcnabb Vs Mark Sanchez doing the rounds too.

Sadly, Donovan Mcnabb will have to sit out and watch Friday’s game from the sidelines when the Redskins face off New York Jets. He is nursing a sprained ankle and had been unable to practice since getting hurt last Saturday when his team lost to the Baltimore Ravens. However, his inability to play will certainly affect the Washington team badly. They would definitely pray that he remains healthy for the rest of the season.

His records show that he has only missed 7 games in the first five seasons and had played 35 games as a QB. The last 5 games were not as good for him and he missed an overall of 17 games which did not help the Eagles overall record either.

The New York Jets, on the other hand, has showed a rather aggressive move by picking Mark Sanchez as their quarter back. He is being regarded as the QB who has a lot of future prospects on account of his arm strength. His accurate throw as well as his leadership skills are also points that have been considered by the Jets. In spite of scoring only 16 starts in college he is slated to be the Jet’s star QB.

However, the last game did not provide much excitement for the fans who love offense. Sanchez had two nearly interceptions of the five incompletions which justified the Jet’s billing.
