Zachary Chesser of Virginia, Providing Material Support to Terrorists, Communicating Threats and Soliciting Others to Threaten Violence!

Zachary Chesser of Virginia, only 21 years old, was charged with providing material support to terrorists, communicating threats and soliciting others to threaten volence! In regard to the allegations Zachary pleaded guilty, his attorney said his client is still a Muslim but is “remorseful” about what he did and somehow after his arrest conveniently “no longer supports violent jihad.” Perhaps his attorney should be fired as well as the best plea deal he got was 20 years in prison with the charges’ maximum being only 30 years. But the case was open and shut as Zachary had made some rather public remarks that incriminated himself.

U.S. Attorney Neil H. MacBride said of the case: “This case exposes the disturbing reality that extreme radicalization can happen anywhere, including Northern Virginia.”
