A woman in the UK has set a new standard for getting too drunk, and is now officially banned from the bar. Banned not from one bar, but from going to the bar anywhere in the UK. She is banned from every bar in England!

A new drinking banning order was passed into law recently there, and she is the first victim of her own drunkenness.

“There have been some Drinking Banning Orders issued already, but this is the first to be issued on a nationwide basis. The conditions will also help to protect the public from the anti-social effects of Laura’s behavior,” Roberts said. “We want to rehabilitate her rather than send her straight to jail, and hope the banning order will help Laura address her problems.”
