One lady will no be infamous in South Dakota for having the highest blood alcohol level — setting a new state record.

The woman was found passed out in a delivery van, that she had stolen, and though the legal limit for blood alcohol content is .08, she checked in at a whopping .708! Authorities said they believed it was the highest score on a drunk test they had ever seen. She is now facing charges.
