The right to fish & hunt is going on the ballot. 10 states guarantee the right to hunt and fish in their constitutions: Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Virginia and Wisconsin all added the right after 1996, but one state goes back farther: Vermont guaranteed the right to hunt and fish in 1777, only a year after the declaration was signed.
