President Clinton: Biscuit Went Missing @ Months, Ret. Air Force Lt. Col. Robert Patterson, Without Hesitation: Odyssey of an American Warrior. Rumor has it: Jimmy Carter Left Biscuit in Suit Sent to Dry Cleaners.
According to Ret. Air Force Lt. Col. Robert Patterson, Biscuit went missing for months. Biscuit is the codename for the nuclear launch codes: perhaps the most critical of all the president’s duties is to keep in his possession codes that could destroy the (Russian) world. Without them, Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD) does not apply. Imagine for instance, if the Russians, whose spies had so infiltrated our agencies as revealed in a recent scandal, had come across information that Bill Clinton had lost Biscuit and decided to strike while our nuclear system could not be fired. The Russians (or North Koreans, Chinese, anyone who so desires) could fire their nuclear arsenal without any retaliation, in theory. While hearing of such a thing may lead to a scramble for the codes, if the nuclear weapons hit the location where President Clinton’s Biscuit (nuclear launch codes) had went missing, then it would be impossible to find, and a workaround to launch the weapons would become necessary.
Ret. Air Force Lt. Col. Robert Patterson had made these remarks, shockingly, and many disbelieved them, but now in his book Without Hesitation: the Odyssey of an American Warrior, a higher rank says it as well, General Hugh Shelton made the claim in his book. With knowledge that biscuit went missing among so many, it may leave many to wonder if the Russians did indeed hear of it, and if they simply chose not to strike us. There is also a rumor that Jimmy Carter had left “Biscuit” in his suit sent to the dry cleaners, another shocking indiscretion.
