Sarah Palin is going to testify in U.S. District Court in Knoxville next month when University of Tennessee student David C. Kernell stands trial in relation to charges involving Sarah Palin’s personal Yahoo email account.

David Kernell allegedly figured out the password to her email account, he then reset her password, after finding now dirt in her email, he posted the new password on the internet where at least one other person accessed the account.
