Joe Tash Space Sex Study

Joe Tash has done a study on space and sex and it does not bold well for futuristic human colonies in space.

Have you ever dreamed of having a romantic moment in space? Here is sad news for you then! Going into space is not good for sexual health. This may be disturbing news also for those scientists who are doing research in spaceflight.

According to the findings of Joe Tash’s research, near-zero gravity of Earth orbit affects reproductive systems adversely both for the males and females. The above conclusion has been drawn after a long observation by the biologist at, the University of Kansas Medical Center. The study showed a decrease in sperm count after a stay in space. There was also a significant reduction in number of egg-producing ovary cells in females’ bodies.

An exposure to microgravity for long time might affect fertility of an astronaut, however the results have been drawn from laboratory experiments and the real impact is yet to be verified.
