Hunchback Dinosaur Found

A hunchback dinosaur has been found by scientists.
The dinosaur found is a Concavenator corcovatus, also known as the “hunchback hunter” that have lived about 130 million years ago. The dinosaur discovered have grew spiky, featherlike hairs on its arms. According to researchers, the hunchback was a very powerful runner and ate smaller dinosaurs, early mammals and even crocodiles.
The dinosaur was found preserved and nearly a complete skeleton in Spain. The surprisingly 20-foot-long Concavenator corcovatus is somewhat similar to the camel that we know today. It has two raised backbones, each are standing 1.3 feet on it’s back.
Francisco Ortega, a paleontologist at the Universidad Nacional de Educacion a Distancia, said that Concavenator corcovatus’s hump had probably supported a huge mound of fleshy tissue that stored fat like a camel.
According to The National Geographic, the Hunchback dinosaur’s hump also helped circulate heat and body temperature to help keep its body at a balancing temperature. The dinosaurs featherlike appearance could have helped to control the creatures body control, it’s display, help attack it’s prey faster, and possibly help it to glide real short distances.
