Ghostbusters 3: No-Go Without Bill Murray

The director for the new Ghostbusters 3 sequel which is currently planned to begin pre-production work soon, Ivan Reitman, has said that Ghostbusters 3 is a “no-go without Bill Murray”. Ivan gave word that the “All of the actors but one have read [the script] and loved it.” which is a very good sign that it will be launched. However, Ivan continued and said, “We’re waiting for one of them to read it.” meaning Bill Murray, specifically.

He said it would be a “complicated deal” if Bill Murray doesn’t sign on, making GhostBusters 3 a potential no-go without him.
