Rand Paul recently refused to shake the hand of his opponent (Jack Conway) in the Kentucky senate race, who has made strong charges about him. Conway used dirty smear tactics and accused Paul of not being a Christian and tying up a woman in college to make her pray to the ‘Aqua Buddha’. Peyton Manning and the New Orleans Saints had a similar awkward moment. And even President Obama had an alleged incident with a Russian leader.
