Eric Clapton’s surgery has lead him to cancel his appearance at a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame concert in New York for gallstone surgery. Eric Clapton, seen above, has undergone gallstone surgery. Replacing Clapton was the band “Beck”, who joined U2, Metallica, and Aretha Franklin on the final night of the two-night concert. Thursday’s performance involved Crosby, Stills and Nash, Stevie Wonder, as well as Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band.
