Drunk Driving Bishop News

There is news that a Bishop was caught drunk driving!
A prominent female German Bishop has been forced to resign this week, after drunk driving charges tarnished her tenure.
The Bishop, Margot Kaessmann, 51, was head of the Protestant church and thus leader of over 25 million Protestant worshipers, and had been known as a colorful personality, but now felt she had no choice but to step down after the drunk driving arrest that has put her driver’s license in jeopardy as well as risking huge fines.
Her blood alcohol level when tested was allegedly far above the legal limit in Germany.
Kaessmann said to reporters: “Last Saturday, I made a big mistake. My heart tells me quite clearly that I cannot stay in office with the necessary authority . . . I hereby resign from all my Church responsibilities.”
“I am very sorry to have disappointed many people who asked me to remain in office, and those who trustingly voted for me.”
