December 17 Retailers Participate: Free Online Shipping

This December 17, 2010 many online retailers will participate on a “free online shipping” day to encourage users to make online purchases before Christmas to get their gifts in time. The day is dubbed “Free Shipping Day” and usually falls between December 16th and 19th ever year. The 2010 Free Shipping Day event is the second ever, and will draw far more retailers than the previous year: over 500 retailers plan to participate. Many more of the smaller retailers and small businesses not listed may participate in the event and offer free online shipping as well. One can only expect that Free Shipping Day 2011 (probably on December 17th as well) will be an even bigger hit with retailers.
