Damian Aspinall had a heart warming reunion with a Gorilla named Kwibi.

When conservationist Damian Aspinall went to the jungle of Gabon five years ago to release a gorilla in its natural habitat, little did he know that unlike many human beings, the gorilla will remember for the rest of his life the person who had been kind to him and had set him free.

Back to the same place after five years with an intention to reunite with the now 10 year-old gorilla, Kwibi, Damian Aspinall along with others were amazed to find the love and affection the Kwibi showed towards the conservationist. The video of the visit and the reunion has already spread on the web and become viral.

Damian Aspinall is the founding member of the Aspinall Foundation which is a charity organization that works towards the conservation of wildlife. It not only promotes wildlife conservation but also works towards reintroducing wild animals to their natural habitat. It is under this program that then five year old Kwibi was released into the dense jungle of Gabon, of West Africa.

The video shows how Kwibi responds to the call of Damian Aspinall and after the later reaches the shore, goes to him and examines him with care. Kwibi then like a baby rides on the back of Damian. Not only Kwibi but also other members of his community come to meet and see the man who had raised Kwibi and released him then.
