Cure Chronic Life: Deanna Favre & Brett Favre 1989 Birth, Married 1996

Amidst the scandals (Favre met NFL Security Vice President Milt Ahlerich but said nothing about the sexting scandal) Deanna Favre has made a talk show tour to promote her book that seems poised to sell: “The Cure for the Chronic Life: Overcoming the Hopelessness That Holds You Back”. But rather than the news being about her faith and the book written by her and a Methodist pastor, the focus has been on the question asked by ABC, and the scandals, about her husband’s extramarital scandal “sexting”. The focus though, perhaps should be on the amazing strength and faith that Deanna Favre, a breast cancer survivor and wife of NFL legend Brett Favre (a cheater-survivor too?) has shown, and Shane Stanford as well, an HIV-positive minister of Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church, who jointly worked on a collaboration book “The Cure for the Chronic Life” (a pun on the common phrase “the cure for the common cold”) with Deanna Favre.

Deanna Favre had the 1989 birth of a child (Brittany) with Brett Favre, Deanna Tynes married Brett on July 14, 1996. The birth of a second child came in 1999.
