Cholera fears spark lynchings in Haiti
People of Haiti are panicked due to beginning of a Cholera epidemic in the island country. According administrative officials 45 people have been killed by aggressive crowds faulting them for spread of the disease.
Most of the lynched people were voodoo priests and no where associated with the spread of Cholera in Haiiti. Beauvoir, chief of the voodoo organization appealed to Haiiti administration to chech the situation before it goes out of control. Â Aggressive and panicked people lynched innocent priests with machetes; some of them were burnt alive.
Among the victims 40 people were lynched in south western part of the island. However, the reason behind all these heinous acts remained unchecked and Cholera continued to spread in the country since October.
