We have some of the wedding photos from Chelsea Clinton’s big ceremony.

Chelsea Clinton’s wedding to Marc Mezvinsky (photos below) featured a dress by Vera Wang, a gown by Oscar De La Renta, and suits by Christopher Bailey.

For the men, Marc Mezvinsky’s tuxedo and ex-President Bill Clinton’s tie was by Christopher Bailey, Burberry Creative Director. For Hillary, it was Oscar De La Renta. The designer has said of his looks for Hillary:

“She feels very uncomfortable about wearing revealing kind[s] of clothes and so we are always fighting about the neckline. I do remember one time, we were at a party at the Metropolitan Museum and she was wearing, for the first time, something very, very open and then all of sudden she arrived with a big, huge shawl over her shoulder. And I kept pulling the shawl down and [she] kept pulling it up because she felt uncomfortable about showing her shoulders.”

And for Chelsea, it was a dress by Vera Wang featuring that bejeweled waist-band everyone is talking about.

For everyone, the wedding was years in the making, even before the couple announced their engagement. Years back, local news reported “Chelsea hasn’t even admitted that she’s engaged to Marc, but that’s not stopping her from planning a wedding. She’s always dreamed of having a special wedding, and these days that could set her parents back a million dollars, but they’d give her anything her heart desires for the event.”

Marc is the son of former Rep. Ed Mezvinsky, D-Iowa, and former Rep. Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinksy, D-Penn. The couple confirmed their engagement with a mass email after months of speculation: “We didn’t get married this past summer despite the stories to the contrary, but we are looking toward next summer and hope you all will be there to celebrate with us. Happy Holidays! Chelsea & Marc.”
