A billionaire in the last stages of his life has made a huge donation that he hopes “fulfills his pact with God.”

The billionaire, Albert Gubay of England, made a vow way back during World War 2.

Even though he was impoverished and destitute at the time, he still envisioned himself being rich, and made a promise to God.

He said if he ever did get money, he would be sure to give over half his fortune to the his church.

And now that he is an 82 year old retail mogul, he is being true to his word!
