Earthquake comes amongst the most horrible and deadly natural disasters in the world. The most tragic thing about the earthquake is despite of living in highly advanced technological age, scientists are unable to predict it. History is full with so many occurrences of deadly earthquakes which have rocked the affected areas. The latest tsunami in Japan is one the biggest example of the deadliest earthquakes. The earthquake in Chile was taken place in 1960 with highest magnitude of 9.5. The second highest magnitude earthquake rocked the Prince William Sound region of Alaska in 1964 while the third biggest earthquake stroke the coast of northern Sumatra in 2004.
