BART Shooting Video!
Here is the graphic BART video of Oscar Grant being shot in the back by BART police officer in Oakland. Grant was unarmed, he was resisting arrest, but that does not give cause to shoot. Grant died from his injuries and his family is suing BART for 25 million dollars. They are also pressing for 1st degree murder charges. This is major injustice, as police officers are here to serve the public, not take their aggressions out on whomever they want.
