1980s Musicians Who Had Comebacks: Bret Michaels Wins Celebrity Apprentice, Bret Michaels’ Brain Hemorrhage, Bret Michaels Custom Built Reviews
Bret Michaels is one of the many 1980s Musicians who had comebacks: Bret Michaels’ new album Custom Built is getting rave reviews. Most of the Custom Built reviews are pointing to “Riding Against the Wind” as the top song that is launching the album onto the charts. When Bret Michaels wins the Celebrity Apprentice with his Trop-A-Rocka Blend, the publicity definitely helped him one of his big comebacks. The proceeds from when he wins Celebrity Apprentice are all donated to Bret Michaels’ charity of choice: the American Diabetes Association. Bret Michaels’ launch into the TV show and kick starting a new album and tour come after a difficult time in which Michaels suffered from a brain hemmorhage. After Bret Michaels’ brain hemmorhage difficulties ended, however, a new one started. A doctor has said that the music star literally has a hole in his heart, a claim he could now make in music and be telling the truth.
But there is hope: the doctor said, “The good news is that [the hole in his heart] is operable and treatable and we think we may have diagnosed the problem that caused the transient ischemic attack (TIA) or warning stroke… we feel it is highly unlikely this is connected to [Bret Michaels'] brain hemorrhage… a few weeks earlier”. So hopefully he won’t just be one of the 1980’s musicians with many comebacks, but one who is here to stay.
