In the area of Missouri and Kansas IRS say that it owe $30 million with rebate median of $620, in Wyoming this median is $788 and in New Hampshire it is $741. So if you think that you may have an unclaimed refund from the IRS then keep in mind that the last date for this year is 18th April. After that all money will be seized by the National Treasury of U.S. Government.
