Rihanna announced Tuesday her plans to tour with rising star Ke$ha and added Nicki Minaj to the lineup as well. Another Rihanna tour rumor emerged on Wednesday, one report claimed teen phenom Justin Bieber would join the ladies for the summer tour. Unfortunately the lineup has changed.

The good news, Ke$ha will tour with Rihanna. It appears the talk of Justin Bieber joining the concert tour was only wishful thinking as that was never scheduled, so he is not on the tour, according to Celebrity Headlines Examiner reporter Sunny Pepper.

Another revelation for the tour emerged on Thursday that is true, Nicki has pulled out.

According to MTV News on Tuesday, Minaj used her Twitter page to hint at the news she might pull out, writing (Twitter spellings included): “*sighs* how … how do i say this … hope the barbz [her fans] will understand … hate letting them down. *sighs again while in deep thought*,” she wrote.

And on Wednesday afternoon, the rapper dropped the news she would pull out. “Barbz I’m sorry 2 say I will not be going out on RiRi’s tour. I’ve decided 2 use that time 4 the completion of my album. Hope u understand,” she tweeted.

MTV reports they confirmed the news with a representative for the singer.
