Miley Cyrus New Video
Miley Cyrus seems to be evolving into a bad girl in her new music video ‘Can’t Be Tamed’.
Miley Cyrus has ditched her Disney image in favor of black stockings and a skimpy hot-pants for the sexually charged video for Can’t Be Tamed. The dark video -- the title track from her new album -- sees Miley trapped in a cage on exhibit in a museum. She is unveiled as the latest exhibit, the rarest creature on earth, Avis Cyrus.
The star, 17, then shows off a pair of jet-black bird wings before getting into the song. The museum curator introduces her, saying: “Here is a creature so rare, it was believed to be extinct -- in captivity for the first time, the rarest creature on earth, Avis Cyrus.”
When a member of the audience takes a photo, Miley shields herself with the wings before she and her dancers make their way out of the cage, shattering exhibits as they go. In another sexy scene, the star rolls around in a corset upon a bed of peacock feathers as she gets up close and personal with some of her dancers.
Cyrus said of the vid: “The reason I loved doing this video is because I wanted it to be something different for a female artist. “It’s not just about, ‘I have to stand here and do the whole sex thing the whole time.’ That’s not what it’s about at all -- it’s about creativity.”
“It’s a gorgeous video and it is a sexy video, and you can’t really take that away from it, but it’s not the premise. It’s about explaining the song and living the lyrics.”
Miley hinted the cage may represent her old wholesome image as tween star Hannah Montana.
She has definitely gotten rid of that image, with lyrics like ‘I go through guys like money flyin’ out the hands‘.
While the video hasn’t been officially released yet, we have the lyrics in the video above.
