Well known Guitarist from the famous rock band Eagles, Joe Walsh, has filed a restraining order against his neighbor.

The 70 year old man, Nassar Adhoot, allegedly trespassed on Joe’s property and attacked his personal assistant with a block of wood. Walsh also added that Adhoot then shouted that he is going to shoot Walsh.

Joe says he was so freaked out that he filed for a restraining order to get protection for him and his family. The legal documents of Los Angeles County Superior Court show that Walsh has asked the judge to keep Nassar away from him and his wife, as well as his gardener, maid and assistant. The legal document does not contain any reference to the injury of Joe’s assistant though.

Adhoot was not available for comment as he was busy taking a nap.
