It looks like there is news that Tom Hanks will be purchasing a home in the Pacific Palisades.

Actor Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson have bought a house in the Pacific Palisades for $26 million. This is the former residence of producers Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall. The house has been designed by the New York based Gwathmey Siegel & Associates. It is a 4-bedroom house, which has an area of over 14,500 square foot.

Pacific Palisades is very near to the commercial showbiz capital of US – Los Angeles, as it is a district within the Los Angeles itself. It is located between Santa Monica to the southeast and the Santa Monica Bay to the southwest, and Brentwood to the east, and Malibu to its west.
