The quirky actor with many different personas, Sacha Baron Cohen weds Isla Fisher this week.

The famous comedian who is sometimes called “Borat” has married his long time fiance, Isla Fisher. The two lovebirds had a very exclusive traditional Jewish wedding in Paris France on Monday.

The couple, who are four years apart in age, (Fisher is 34 and Sacha is 38 years old) have been engaged for about six years , since 2004, but they have been together for about 8 years. They have a two year old daughter named Olive, and seem very happier together. In an email which Isla sent out to her friends all over the world the next day, she said “We did it, we’re married! It was the absolute best day of my life and in so many beautiful moments I missed you all so much. I thought of you as everything was happening, but Sacha and I wanted no fuss — just us!“

Fisher has been given the Hebrew name “Ayala.” She had to convert to Judaism in order to marry Baron Cohen, and shared with everyone last year that she is very happy with the choice to do so. “I love religions and find them fascinating and I find Judaism very beautiful. It has enriched my life enormously.“ She told reporters.
