Famous celebrity and former American Idol Jennifer Hudson delivered a baby boy on Monday. She kept it secret throughout her pregnancy though rumors were on hype when she appeared on stage to sing  at Michael Jackson’s memorial service.

Hudson gave birth to a healthy baby boy of 7 lbs., 14 oz. The acclaimed actress who has been awarded an Oscar and Grammy awards for singing has named the baby David Daniel Otunga Jr.

Jennifer’s mother, brother, and nephew were killed recently in 2008. The baby boy has come as a blessing to Jennifer and her husband after those tragic murders that had annoyed the singer’s fans all over the nation.
