As per the latest reports, Michael Jackson’s dad, Joe Jackson, will file a case against his son’s physician, Dr. Conrad Murray within a period of notice days. When contacted by the media representative, Brian Oxman, the lawyer appointed by Joe Jackson, informed the media representatives that the notice of the legal case has been already mailed to the physician, who is held responsible for the untimely death of Michael Jackson.

It has been reported that the father of the legendary pop artist, Michael Jackson will appeal in the court of law so that the physician receives appropriate punishment. Reports indicated that the lawyer of Joe Jackson will argue the case to prove Dr. Conrad Murray reckless and he should be charged for second-degree murder. According to the reports, Dr. Conrad Murray will not only have to defend himself for wrong medication but also will have to cite the reason for his delay in calling the ambulance service, when he needed to be shifted to a better health care facility.

We can see Joe Jackson’s true motives, since he is suing for monetary gain in civil court for damages. The civil cases is running parallel to the ongoing criminal case against Dr. Murray. It’s very despicable to seemingly profit off your son’s death, if that is what is occurring here.
