Lindsay Lohan Could Go To Jail Without A Trial

Lindsay Lohan is hoping to avoid any jail time in her felony theft charge, but that may not be possible. The Hollywood star has a top notch defense lawyer that is hoping to get the theft charges dropped altogether, but that may not be enough to keep Lohan out of jail.

The DA has the option to present the judge with evidence proving Lohan stole the necklace. If the evidence shows Lohan most likely did commit theft, it is a probation violation.

Although she may not actually be convicted of grand theft, the evidence is enough to put the actress behind bars for at least a year, if not more.

Judge Elden Fox has lost his patience with Lohan’s antics and has already warned her any misstep will earn jail time.
