Another Hollywood beauty is officially off the market as Kristen Bell has become engaged to boyfriend Dax Shepard. Confirmation of the 29-year old actress’ engagement to her “When in Rome” co-star has come from her representative, who gave the nod to the happy news via Us Magazine.

According to a source, the narrator for “Gossip Girl” has become betrothed to the “Zathura” star over the holidays. The leading lady of “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” recently showed off her sparkler when hitting the red carpet of the 52nd Grammy Awards on Sunday, January 31 in Los Angeles.

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard first went public with their romance in January 2008. Last November, the actress detailed to Women’s Health magazine about her perfect date night with her beau. “There is almost nothing, barring a natural disaster, that I would let eat into my time at home, playing Scrabble with Dax or talking to my girlfriends,” she shared.

When it came to the secret behind her long-time relationship to Shepard, the “Couples Retreat” actress revealed, “I’ve learned the necessity for healthy communication.
