Justin Bieber “I Heard You Changed Your System to Stop My Fans from Making Trending Topics?? Really?? Where is the love??”
Justin Bieber stated on Twitter, “I Heard You Changed Your System to Stop My Fans from Making Trending Topics?? Really?? Where is the love??”
Canadian-born teen singing sensation Justin Bieber is still on top of the pop charts, but his reign on Twitter’s Trending Topics has come to an abrupt end after a rule change on the social networking website.
Twitter has updated its algorithms for Trending Topics to show topics “immediately popular” rather than those consistently popular over time
The post has since been deleted from the teen singer’s timeline, but Twitter responded, “the TT tweak is nothing personal. It was long planned & better shows what is emerging right now…Thx.”
His fans responded by simply changing up his name, such as “Twieber” or “Jieber.”
In other news, Bieber plans to record his next album in New York, court records show.
The New York Post said the 16-year-old pop star’s record label Universal filed papers in Manhattan Supreme Court seeking a judge’s permission to get its latest contract with Bieber approved since he is not yet 18.
“(Bieber is) providing his services as a recording artist in recording studios located in New York City,” the Post quoted the documents as saying. “The foregoing services rendered by the minor shall not, however, require excessive time as to interfere with the minor’s education and welfare.”
