The Richmond Royal Canadian Mounted Police told CNN that their investigation is complete, and that the evidence does not support an assault charge. The pop singer Justin Bieber had been accused of injuring a 12-year-old fan who surrounded the star with his friends during a game of laser tag in Canada.
