Isabelle Caro an anti-Anorexia Model, who was an icon for the patients suffering from eating disorder had died at the age of 28. The French model and actress appeared in a shock Italian ad campaign. She died on Nov 17 after long sickness-- anorexia, revealed her acting instructor Daniele Dubreuil-Prevot. Anorexia is a disorder due to which people refuse eating properly and always fear gaining weight.

Caro’s picture appeared in Italian photographer Oliviero Toscani’s ad campaign in 2007 with a title “No Anorexia.” The picture showed Caro nude with extended facial bones. She was 27 kilograms or 59 pounds when the photograph was taken, Caro revealed.

Caro had mentioned about her sickness in her blog. She had also written a book on the same topic titled as The Little Girl Who Didn’t Want to Get Fat,” which was published in 2008 in France.
