Hulk Hogan is back in the news again, this time trying to body slam someone in civil court, as he sues Wells Fargo.

Hogan is suing the insurance company for not giving him proper advice about his insurance policy. After his son Nick was in a serious car crash in 2007, Hulk Hogan realized he should have had an umbrella policy that would have covered that automobile accident. Because of his failure to take out that policy he lost a great deal of money, according to the suit.

According to Hogan’s attorney, “The layman’s way to put it is, this is broker malpractice. He delegated all of that to the trust of his insurance broker. “
