There have been rumors swirling about a possible kidnapping of Heidi Montag.

Don’t worry Spiedi fans — Heidi Montag is safe and sound.

After a kidnapping rumor Wednesday sent swarms of police and helicopters to the house the starlet shares with husband Spencer Pratt, it turns out it was all a false alarm, reports TMZ.com.

The false alarm was caused when a neighbor called the police thinking the scarf covered Montag was a kidnapper sneaking inside. The reality show star was coming back to her house after plastic surgery.
