Actor Glenn Shadix, who you may remember best for his role as “Otto” in the movie Beetlejuice has tragically died this morning after falling at his home located in Alabama.  The news were confirmed by the actor’s sister Susan Gagne.

Gagne said:

“He was having mobility problems, and he was in a wheelchair, it looks like he fell and hit his head in the kitchen, and that’s the cause of death.”

Shadix has had roles in some more Tim Burton movies.  He was the voice of Halloween Town in the animation classic “The Nightmare Before Christmas”, and was also orangutan Senator Saod in the remake of Planet of the Apes.
