The new diet of Demi Moore is helping the actress to stay young and sexy.

Demi Moore new diet as well as her husband Ashton Kutcher, is the infamous “Master Cleanse,” which is an interesting concoction of lemon juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper.

Moore has taken to Twitter once more, telling her fans that she is now 13 days in on “The Clean Program.” And what is this “Clean Program” anyway?

“The Clean Program is a 21 day detox program that is specifically designed for the person on the move. Unlike traditional cleanses, you need not stay at home while you detox on the Clean Program. This cleanse is designed for those who want to live their life and still get Clean” (CleanProgram.com). It involves shakes and supplements.

People are still giving Demi Moore scruff about her new diet, to which she responded to one person:

“I think you need to research what it is I am doing there is no starving involved! It is all about nourishing the body!”

Many people are open to different kinds of dieting and “nourishment” and others are more skeptical. Eating healthy and exercising still seems to be the best way to keep the body in check. Putting “supplements” in the body that aren’t natural vitamins is freaky.
