Apparently Beyonce is quite the Scrooge, she makes backup dancers buy their own plane tickets!

Beyonce’s dancers, who are far from well-to-do, have been informed that they will have to pay their own way to get from New York to L.A. for rehearsals. And furthermore, the dancers have been told that if they complain about it, they’ll be fired.

So that’s how Beyonce rolls -- she makes her broke back-up dancers buy their own plane tickets, then has their agents tell them that they’re not allowed to raise any kind of a stink about it. And of course the dancers have no choice but to go along -- being on Beyonce’s tour is too great an opportunity for them to risk getting canned.
