Many Twitter fans were shocked when Ashton Kutcher decided to quit the social messaging service.

For some it will be a relief, but for his millions of twitter followers it will be a major let down. Some says Twitter’s plans to make a reality show around their service may have influenced the decision of Kutcher and other big stars to quit tweeting. Fears that the show would promote a “stalking” attitude towards stars that would make the situation worse than it already is.

With over 4 million followers, Ashton was the celebrity with the most followers on Twitter.
