Anna Nicole Smith Convictions Tossed


Suspects of Anna Nicole Smith’s death case have got clean chit. The famous celebrity and TV star Smith had died in February 2007 due to an overdose of drugs. Stern, Eroshevich and Kapoor were a charged of providing the Playboy model with drugs supplies illegally and therefore, causing her possible death.

Howard K. Stern, a lawyer was Nicole Smith’s boyfriend. While Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor were her doctors. The charges against these three was made by California’s Attorney General Jerry Brown, present governor of California.

The three have been released free from all accusations with a mere fine of $100 while Dr Eroshevich will be on probation for a year though unsupervised. The jury called the case baseless and faulted Brown for raising a case without any ground.
