Clayton Teacher Charged

Clayton Forde

A teacher in Clayton County, Georgia was charge with putting “a hit” out on a student.

The teacher named Randolph Forde got in an altercation with his 16 year-old student and made threatening remarks to him.

“A teacher threatens to kill your child, that’s the most disturbing, and the most disturbing is that it could have really happened,” said the student’s mother, Marcia Killebrew.

Killebrew, and the family’s attorney, claim the Mundy’s Mill High School teacher threatened the teen in three separate incidents on the Clayton County campus in late September and early October.

“My client was asked whether he was gay or not. Certainly (an) inappropriate question to any student coming from a teacher,” said the teen’s attorney Terrance Madden.

Madden said the teacher also threatened to hit the boy in his mouth and used an expletive.
