Baltimore Ravens rookie offensive tackle Michael Oher is the protagonist of the new movie “The Blind Side” starring Quinton Aaron as Micahel Oher and Sandra Bullock as his adoptive mother. His adoptive father Sean Tuohy will be played by country musician Tim McGraw. Sean Tuohy himself was a famous athlete as well at the University of Missouri as the the all-time assists leader in the Southeastern Conference, assists being a very “giving” aspect of the sport (letting someone else shine with the score) but also requires being a good judge of someone else’s potential to score, may reflect upon the future kindness his family would show Michael Oher. Michael was able to straighten up his life and even made it to become a first round draft pick in the NFL. If the film based on the true story of NFL player Michael Oher, “The Blind Side” movie were not so at odds with Hollywood culture, it should be a contender for the Oscars.
