The D.C. sniper is all set for execution. John Allen Muhammad will be executed by lethal injection. Muhammad’s execution will be carried out on Tuesday, November 10, at 9:00 pm (EST). Muhammad had the choice to choose either lethal injection or the electric chair, but made no choice. The law states that without his choice, the default will be a lethal injection.
