In September of 2009, John Lithgow joined the cast of ‘Dexter’. John Lithgow portrays their next major villain. The actor is typically known for his comedic talent, but this role will portray him as a dark villain. John Lithgow also played Villains in Brian De Palma’s “Obsession” and in “Cliffhanger”.

John Lithgow portrays Arthur Mitchell, also known as the Trinity Killer whose victims come in threes, opposite Dexter Morgan, portrayed by Michael C. Hall in the Showtime ‘Dexter’ drama.
