New Gene Therapy Halts 2 Boys’ Rare Brain Disease
(New gene therapy halts 2 boys’ rare brain disease. The video shows a breakthrough years ago using rabies to cure brain diseases as opposed to HIV.)
French scientists have used a new groundbreaking method to cure a rare form of brain disease. The method involves, shockingly, disabling HIV and using it to transport in a healthy new gene into the boys’ bodies. The historic new method is the first time gene therapy has been used to successfully cure a life-threatening brain disease. The new gene therapy cured the boy’s rare form of brain disease: adrenoleukodystrophy, or ALD, which was portrayed in the George Miller classic, “Lorenzo’s Oil”, starring Susan Sarandon and Nick Nolte.
Also, due to the recent scares about H1N1, the below video is a thought-provoking piece about the dangers of vaccination.
Excerpt:’Out of 22,000 amish, only 4 had autism (whereas normally 130 would have it). Of those four, 3 had been vaccinated and one lived near a power plant that released mercury.’
